Hex Components is design and engineering venture to create mass customised 3d printed titanium and stainless steel components. I have developed a digital design and manufacturing pipeline that allows me to create many design variations on a single part and quickly get them into manufacturing. The aim is to leverage the ability of DSLM and Binder Jet 3D printing to produce many bespoke parts in a single build and provide customers with limited edition custom designed parts.
